Weather Holds
Orders are automatically held if extreme temperatures are forecast along the shipping route, and released once conditions are safe. We'll email you if your order is held.

We include heat or cool packs automatically based on your destination's forecast at no extra charge.
Non-Live Items
Enclosures, accessories, and feeders ship via standard or expedited shipping and may be combined with live animal orders (split shipment when needed).
