Because live animals can't be returned, spider orders are covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee instead of a standard return policy. See that page for coverage details.
Enclosures, Accessories & Feeders
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Feeder cultures are non-returnable once shipped due to their perishable nature.
How to Start a Return
Email support@spiderlyyours.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a prepaid return label for eligible items and process your refund within 5–7 business days of receipt.
