Frequently Asked Questions
Are your jumping spiders captive-bred?
Yes — every spider we sell is captive-bred by vetted breeders in our network. We never sell wild-caught specimens.
What's included when I order a spider?
Your spider ships in a secure, temperature-controlled travel vial along with a care guide card and starter feeding notes.
Do you ship live spiders to my state?
Most states are supported, but a few species have regional restrictions due to local regulations. Restricted destinations are flagged automatically at checkout.
What if my spider arrives unwell?
You're covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee — photograph the animal and packaging and contact us within 4 hours of delivery.
How big of an enclosure do I need?
Most single adult jumping spiders do well in a 5x5x8in (or larger) enclosure with good ventilation and climbing structure. See our Care Guides for species-specific advice.
Can I return a spider if it's not a good fit?
Live animals aren't eligible for standard returns, but our Live Arrival Guarantee covers health issues on arrival. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
