- Spider arrives with signs of shipping-related injury
- Confirmed cold/heat shock during transit
How to File a Claim
Photograph the spider and packaging immediately upon opening, and contact support@spiderlyyours.com within 4 hours of delivery. We'll issue a replacement or full refund.
What's Not Covered
Losses due to improper husbandry after delivery, or claims filed more than 4 hours after the delivery timestamp, are not eligible under this guarantee.
